1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Aarctic Air Comfort Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Aarctic Air Comfort Solutions provides residential and commercial HVAC services including, but not limited to, installation, repair, maintenance, and consultation. All services are performed by licensed and trained technicians in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
When you submit a contact form or service request through our website, your information is transmitted through third-party services including Zapier for processing and delivery to our team. By submitting a form, you consent to the transmission of your information through these services for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
3. Estimates & Pricing
We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required beyond the scope of the original estimate. Any changes to scope or pricing will be communicated and approved by the Customer before work proceeds.
4. Scheduling & Cancellation
We strive to accommodate your preferred scheduling. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a service call fee.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Any outstanding balance after 30 days may be subject to a late fee.
6. Warranties
All workmanship is guaranteed for a period specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are separate and governed by the manufacturer's terms. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications by third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aarctic Air Comfort Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property, disclose any known hazards or conditions that may affect service delivery, and ensure that the work area is accessible and safe for our technicians.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
